Charlie´s Inn has been run by the Zammit family for the past 80 years. Originally opened as a tea house for British military the restaurant then became renowned for traditional fried rabbit and chips with homemade gravy. Charlies Inn Salina Malta | Restaurant Guide Malta Delicious rabbit served in a homely atmosphere ... Pasta dishes are very good... You are almost guaranteed a very good traditional Maltese fried or stewed rabbit... The service was wonderfull... Could eat here everyday and de service was fantastic... superb food!... Staff is very helpfull and friend...
