Avis Budget Malta is seeking a skilled Panel Be**er to join our workshop team at the Avis Budget Lease & Operations Centre in Luqa. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional who takes pride in precision, quality workmanship, and delivering high standards in vehicle body repairs.

In this role, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, repairing and reshaping body panels, and ensuring accurate alignment and finishing before painting. You’ll work with a variety of hand tools and welding equipment, contributing to efficient turnaround times while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a professional panel beating environment, strong attention to detail, and up-to-date knowledge of industry tools and techniques. You should be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team, and able to communicate effectively in English in a multicultural workplace.
