𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
As an Admissions Officer at Domain Academy, you will play a vital role in the recruitment and enrollment of prospective students. Your responsibilities will extend beyond traditional admissions processes to include the development and ex*****on of marketing campaigns using social media platforms. This multifaceted role demands a strategic and creative approach to attract qualified candidates and drive enrollment growth.

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
· Review and evaluate applications, transcripts, and other admission-related documents.
· Conduct interviews and/or admissions tests to assess candidate qualifications.
· Provide information to prospective students, parents, and educators about admission requirements, programmes, and policies.
· Make informed admission decisions based on established criteria and standards.
· Assist admitted students with the enrollment process, including registration, financial packages, and scholarship applications.
· Provide guidance to prospective students and their families regarding academic programmes, scholarships, and act as a point of reference for the students throughout their studies.
· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to increase the institution's visibility and attract prospective students.
· Utilize social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to create engaging and targeted content that promotes the institution and its programmes.
· Work with marketing and communication team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
· Organize and participate in recruitment events, fairs, and information sessions.
· Collaborate with schools/institutions, organisations, and educational partners to establish strong relationships.
· Represent the institution at local, regional, and national recruitment events.

𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
· Fluency in Maltese language.
· Prior experience in admissions, enrollment management, or a related field is preferred.
· Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with prospective students, parents, and colleagues.
· Exceptional organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
· Knowledge of higher education systems, qualifications framework and admission processes.
· A customer-service mindset with a dedication to providing a positive experience for prospective and admitted students.
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
