We're Hiring: Payroll Administrator
The role of the Payroll Administrator is to manage the compensation of employees within the organization. This includes calculating and processing employee wages, bonuses, and benefits, as well as ensuring compliance with state regulations regarding payroll taxes and deductions.
Key Responsibilities:
✅Process employee wages, bonuses, and benefits accurately, including overtime and deductions.
✅Ensure compliance with tax, Social Security, and prevailing wage laws.
✅Maintain precise payroll and employee records.
✅Track time and attendance to ensure correct payment.
✅Handle employee inquiries on pay and benefits.
✅Generate payroll, benefits, and financial reports.
Position Requirements:
✅Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field (asset).
✅Experience in payroll, accounting, or finance preferred.
✅Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills.
✅Proficient with payroll systems, timekeeping software, and Microsoft Office.
✅Knowledge of payroll laws, tax, and accounting principles.
✅Able to work accurately under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment
✅Discretion with confidential data.
