Role Overview
We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to support our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
• Process inbound and outbound orders, delivery notes, and related documentation
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and suppliers
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock counts and reconciliations
• Ensure all documentation is correctly filed and updated
• Schedule deliveries
• Support the warehouse team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements
• Previous experience in an administrative or warehouse role is considered an asset
• Basic computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
• Organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
