Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Serve as the first point of contact - handling calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the Director.
Prepare reports, and documentation as required.
Take minutes during meetings.
Attend promise of sale / deed of sale meetings.
Liaise with notaries, architects, and banks to provide or obtain necessary documentation.
Handle loan agreements and sanction letters.
Uphold strict confidentiality and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a demanding role.
Fluency in Maltese and English is mandatory - both written and spoken.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word & Excel).
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
Valid driver's licence.
