Offsite Team Day 🚀

We recently hit pause on the day-to-day and brought the team together for an energising offsite focused on alignment, reflection and what’s next.

From sharing our long-term vision and strategy to updates, exchanging ideas and openly discussing how we continue to grow, it was all about seeing the bigger picture and moving forward together.

A huge shoutout to everyone who presented, challenged ideas and contributed to the conversations. This is what progress looks like: open dialogue, fresh thinking and a shared sense of purpose.

We had the pleasure of attending the FHRD - Malta Foundation for Human Resources Development event “Empowering Fairness: AI, Pay Transparency and the Future of Work.”

It sparked some really interesting conversations around how organisations can use technology in a responsible way to build more transparent and fair workplaces.

A lot of the discussion focused on the growing role of data, the importance of trust and how AI is shaping the way we think about people and work.

Really proud to have our team there connecting with others in the community and being part of these important conversations🤝
