Due to growth this independent advisory firm with a successful practice in Malta is looking for a Junior Administration Clerk to join their offices and help with various administrative tasks including postings to the company’s accounting software. This opportunity may be suitable as a first job for someone that is well educated and willing to learn. However, candidates with previous experience are of course welcome to apply. Salary up to €20k

Role and Responsibilities:
• Ensuring timely & accurate postings
• Maintaining accurate data on the system
• Bank reconciliations
• Monitoring of payments
• Issuing of invoices
• Day-to-day administration work and correspondence
• Assisting in preparation of periodic reports

Required Skills & Experience
• High school education
• English is a must Maltese would be an asset
• Keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Experience within an advisory environment would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and proficient computer use is required

About this role:
• Office base-Malta
• Standard office hours (Monday to Friday)
• Salary up to €20k
