Every sample you request is not “just a sample” — it takes time, effort, materials, and real cost to prepare.
Lately, we’ve had many instances where: 📞 Samples are requested
📅 Pickup dates are fixed
❌ But not collected
This leads to unnecessary time, effort, and financial loss.
👉 As a result, all samples will now be charged in advance.

✔️ Payment must be made in advance
✔️ Samples MUST be picked up on the agreed date
