Manage the end-to-end delivery of Data Center construction projects or Solar projects in Mongolia, overseeing project planning, ex*****on, stakeholder coordination, and site activities. Drive successful project outcomes by ensuring that safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved.

Responsibility:

-Manage the end-to-end ex*****on of Data Center construction projects.
-Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, utility providers, and local stakeholders.
-Review project designs, civil drawings, construction plans, and technical documentation.
-Monitor project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
-Conduct site inspections and ensure construction activities comply with project requirements and safety standards.
-Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.

-Support project acceptance, handover, and close-out activities.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
-Minimum 3 years of project management or project coordination experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial, mining, energy, or related projects.
-Strong understanding of construction processes, project scheduling, and civil engineering principles.
-Ability to read, interpret, and review construction drawings, design documents, and project schedules.
-Experience working with contractors, consultants, and government or utility stakeholders.
-Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work effectively in both office and site environments.
-Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to perform under pressure.
-Fluent English communication skills required.
-Chinese language skills are an advantage.
