Easy Microfinance ၏ လစဉ်ကျင်းပမြဲဖြစ်သော ရုံးချုပ်၊ ရုံးခွဲများရှိဝန်ထမ်းများ၏မွေးနေ့ပွဲကျင်းပခြင်း၊ အသစ်ဝင်ရောက်လာသော ဝန်ထမ်းအသစ်များအား နွေးထွေးစွာကြိုဆိုခြင်းနှင့် အားပေးစကားပြောကြားခြင်း၊ နှုတ်ဆက်ထွက်ခွာသွားမည့် ဝန်ထမ်းများအား နှုတ်ဆက်ပွဲပြုလုပ်ခြင်း အခမ်းအနားကို (၂၉-၄-၂၀၂၆) တွင် ရုံးချုပ်နှင့် ရုံးခွဲအားလုံးမှ ဝန်ထမ်းများစုပေါင်း၍ အစဉ်အလာမပျက် ပျော်ပျော်ရွှင်ရွှင်ပူးပေါင်းပါဝင်ကျင်းပခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
ရုံးချုပ်နှင့် ရုံးခွဲအသီးသီးရှိ ဧပြီလအတွင်း မွေးဖွားသူများအား မွေးနေ့ဆုတောင်းပေးခြင်း၊ အမှတ်တရစကားပြောကြားပေးခြင်းများအား ရုံးချုပ်နှင့် ရုံးခွဲအသီးသီးမှဝန်ထမ်းများပါဝင်ပေးခဲ့ပြီး ကိတ်မုန့်၊ ရေခဲမုန့်များဖြင့် ဧည့်ခံကျွေးမွေးခဲ့ပါသည်။ ရုံးခွဲအသီးသီးမှလည်း ZOOM ဖြင့် ပါဝင်တက်ရောက်ကြပါသည်။
ပွဲကျင်းပစဉ်ပုံရိပ်များအား အမှတ်တရအနေဖြင့် မှတ်တမ်းတင်ဖော်ပြအပ်ပါသည်။

On 29 April 2026, Easy Microfinance successfully held its monthly staff gathering, bringing together employees from the Head Office and all branch offices in a warm and cheerful atmosphere. The event included the celebration of employees’ birthdays, a warm welcome and encouragement for newly joined staff members, and farewell sessions for employees departing from the organization. Staff from both the Head Office and branch offices actively participated in the event, continuing the company’s valued tradition of unity and togetherness.
During the ceremony, birthday wishes and commemorative messages were shared for employees born in April across the Head Office and respective branches. Employees from all locations joined in the celebrations, and refreshments including cakes and ice cream were served. Branch offices also participated virtually via Zoom, enabling all staff members to be part of the occasion regardless of location.
