We’re looking for a skilled CCR Operator to monitor and control building systems, ensuring smooth operations 24/7. If you have an engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, IT) and a passion for building automation, we want to hear from you! Fresh graduates and those with up to 1 year of experience are welcome. 🌟
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control building systems and equipment from the Building Control Room and Security Room.
Respond to equipment malfunctions and alarms, reporting issues to senior engineers.
Perform routine system checks, maintain performance of the Monitoring PC Workstation, and prepare daily reports.
Collaborate with security and maintenance teams to ensure smooth building operations.
Follow safety protocols and use PPE as required.
Qualifications:
AGTI / BE in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, IT) or a related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 year of relevant experience are welcome.
Knowledge of building automation systems, instrumentation, and basic mechanical/electrical systems.
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in a team, and willingness to work shifts.
