မိမိရဲ့ အရေးကြီး စာရွတ်စာတမ်းတွေကို အရံအနေနဲ့ လုံခြုံစိတ်ချအောင် Soft-copy အဖြစ်သိမ်းထားမယ်ဆိုရင် Cloud Technology တခုဖြစ်တဲ့ အသုံးများကြတဲ့ Google Drive ထဲမှာ သိမ်းထားနိုင်ပါတယ်။
Google mail account တခုရှိရပါမယ်။ ( # # #.com ကိုပြောတာပါ။)
Google drive ထဲမှာ 15 GB ထိ Free upload လုပ်ပြီး backup အရံသိမ်းထားနိုင်ပါတယ်။ လိုချင်တဲ့အခါ Google drive ထဲ ပြန်ဝင်ပြီး download ပြန်လုပ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။
Gmail account နဲ့ password သိရင် ဝင်ပြီးယူနိုင်ပါတယ်။ Storage ကိုလည်း 15 GB ထပ်ပိုလိုအပ်ရင်လည်း လိုအပ်သလို လစဥ်ကြေးဖြင့် Upgrade လုပ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။
Upload လုပ်ပုံအဆင့်ဆင့်ကတော့...
- ကိုယ့်ရဲ့စာရွက်၊ ပုံ တွေကို Scan ဖတ်ပါ၊ ဖုန်းနဲ့ဆိုရင် Adobe Scan၊ Microsoft Office Lens တို့လို Application တွေနဲ့ Scan ဖတ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ ခက်ခဲနေမယ်ဆိုရင်တော့ ဖုန်းနဲ့ဓါတ်ပုံရိုက်ပါ။ အတူတူပါပဲ။ Soft-copy file ရပါမယ်။
- ပြီးရင် Google drive ထဲဝင်ပါ။
(လိုအပ်ခဲ့ရင် gmail account နဲ့ password ပေးရပါလိမ့်မယ်။)
- ဖုန်းဖြစ်ရင် ညာဖက်အောက်မှာ ရှိတဲ့ အပေါင်းပုံကိုနှိပ်ပါ။ ကွန်ပျူတာမှာဆိုရင် ဘယ်ဖက်အပေါ်မှာရှိတဲ့ အပေါင်းပုံခလုတ်ကိုနှိပ်ပါ။ မိမိသိမ်းလိုတဲ့ upload folder or file ကိုရွေးပြီးတင်ရုံပါပဲ။ စာ၊ ဇယား၊ ပုံ၊ mp3၊ mp4 ကြိုက်ရာတင်ပြီးသိမ်းထားနိုင်ပါတယ်။

(မိမိ အီးမေးလ်နဲ့ attach တွဲပို့လို့မရအောင် အရွယ်အစားကြီးတဲ့ file တွေကိုလဲ drive ထဲ upload အရင်လုပ်၊ ပြီးမှ share to mail လုပ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ Google drive ရဲ့ အသုံးပြုလို့ရတဲ့နောက်တနည်းကို ကြုံလို့ပြောတာပါ။)
