We are HIRING – for San Lwin Trading Company Ltd: HR Department (YGN).

Job Title – HR & ADMIN OFFICER x 1 post

Basic Requirement
• Any Graduate
• At least 1 Year experience in related field is preferred
• Familiar with current Labor Laws and Regulations
• Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree/ in HR will be more impressive

Job Description
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Manage leave requests of whole country branch offices
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing attendance records with relevant data of absences and leaves
• Assist in making and announcing management rules for employees
• Coordinate HR projects (Eg. Meeting, Training, etc.)
• Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
• Collect CV forms and schedule interviews by adjusting time with the interviewers and communicating with candidates
• Compile, record and update employee records
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to activities (recruitment, appraisal, training, grievances, etc.) and report to management for further processing
• Oversee and cooperate with management team for employee requests and complaints regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations
• Communicate with public services when necessary
• Manage company internal communication channels on HR related issues
