We’re hiring: Project Manager.

Job Purpose
The Project Manager leads cross-department ex*****on and operational excellence across Business Development, Academic, and Customer Success teams. This role ensures departmental KPIs are set, tracked, and achieved; initiatives are delivered on time; and staff performance and collaboration stay aligned with company growth goals. The Project Manager partners closely with the CEO, joins key meetings, drives improvements, and ensures the company runs efficiently while scaling.

1) Department Management & Ex*****on (3 Departments)
- Manage day-to-day ex*****on across Business Development, Academic, and Customer Success.
- Coordinate priorities and ensure all departments are aligned with company goals.
- Build smooth collaboration workflows between departments (handoffs, timelines, communication).
2) KPI Planning, Tracking & Performance Management
- Set KPIs with the CEO and department leads (monthly/quarterly/annual).
- Follow up on targets, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective action plans.
3) Task & Project Management
- Create project plans, timelines, owners, and deliverables for company initiatives.
- Manage departmental task lists with the CEO (weekly planning + follow-up).
- Ensure all tasks are documented, prioritized, and completed with clear accountability.
- Identify risks/blockers early and resolve them proactively.
4) Meetings & Stakeholder Coordination
- Attend and ā€œtag alongā€ in key meetings (internal and external when needed).
- Lead weekly operations meetings and action-tracking sessions.
- Capture decisions, assign action items, and ensure follow-through.
5) Innovation & Growth Initiatives
-Propose and test new ideas to drive growth (revenue, retention, learning outcomes, customer experience).
-Improve business processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational friction.
6) Staff Management & Team Support
- Support hiring coordination and onboarding plans with department leads/CEO.
- Supervise and support staff across all departments (performance, workload balance, productivity).
- Help define roles/responsibilities and improve team structure as the company grows.
- Coach team members on ex*****on habits and accountability.
- Manage Payroll tasks
7) Customer & Service Quality Oversight (Premium Service Standards)
- Work with Academic and Customer Success to maintain premium tutoring quality standards.
- Monitor key service metrics: student satisfaction, retention, response time, tutor performance.
šŸ˜Ž Reporting to CEO
- Provide weekly and monthly progress reports: KPI performance, department updates, risks, and key wins.
- Recommend decisions and priorities based on data and operational insight.

Working Conditions
Work Hours: 44 hours per week
Probation - 3 months
Off Days: 2 days per week (Yangon Based)

Salary & Compensation
Base Salary: 700,000 MMK -1,000,000 MMK

We're looking for motivated teachers who can teach Korean language (Full-time/Part-time)

[Job Description]

- Teach Korean language at different levels (Beginner to Advanced).
- Prepare lesson plans and deliver effective lessons.
- Evaluate students’ progress.
- Focus on developing students’ speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Participate in program meetings, training sessions, and contribute to curriculum development.
- Build trusting relationships with students, parents, and co-workers.

[Requirements]
- Must possess a TOPIK 4 or above certificate.
- Proficiency in Korean and ability to explain in Burmese (strong knowledge of Korean-Burmese words is preferred).
- Be punctual and professional.
- Good command of English and Burmese languages.
- At least 1-2 years of teaching experience (if you don’t have experience, you must be willing to learn how to teach and manage students).
- Must be familiar with internet technology and communication tools.
- Be ethical and possess a growth mindset.
- Willing to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment.

At least 20-30 hours per week
