Job Title: Odoo ERP Accountant

Location: Yangon & Mandalay

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Odoo ERP Accountant to manage accounting operations using Odoo ERP. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in Odoo Accounting modules, ensuring accurate financial records and system compliance.

📌Key Responsibilities
✔️ Configure and manage Odoo Accounting module (Chart of Accounts, Taxes, Fiscal Positions)
✔️ Handle General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable
✔️ Process customer invoices, vendor bills, payments, and bank reconciliations in Odoo
✔️ Manage VAT / Commercial Tax / Withholding Tax setup and reporting
✔️ Support month-end and year-end closing processes
✔️ Prepare financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) using Odoo
✔️ Assist in data migration from manual or other accounting systems to Odoo
✔️ Coordinate with Odoo consultants/developers for system improvements
✔️ Provide user training and functional support for accounting users
✔️ Ensure accounting practices comply with local regulations and company policies

📌Requirements
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
✔️ Minimum 2–3 years accounting experience
✔️ Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (Accounting module required)
✔️ Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation
✔️ Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports
✔️ Good communication and teamwork skills
✔️ Experience in ERP implementation or Odoo project is a plus
