Source Code team headed out for a camping trip in Hmawbi last week. We took the opportunity to turn off our screens and truly listen to one another. Every member of our community, including our remote team, is the most vital part of Source Code. For us, at the end of the day, it’s not just about the technology; it’s about the people, wherever they are, who bring it to life.

ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့ Weekend က မှော်ဘီမှာ Source Code Team အနေနဲ့ Camping ထွက်ခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။
Screen တွေကို ခဏပိတ်ထားပြီး တစ်ယောက်နဲ့တစ်ယောက်ရဲ့ စကားသံတွေကို နားစွင့်ခဲ့ကြတယ်။
ဒီဓာတ်ပုံထဲမှာရှိနေတဲ့သူတွေသာမက နေရာအသီးသီးကနေ အတူတူကြိုးစားနေကြတဲ့ Remote Team အဖွဲသားတွေ အားလုံးဟာလည်း Source Code ရဲ့ အားအကောင်းဆုံးနဲ့ အရေးကြီးဆုံး အစိတ်အပိုင်းတွေလို့ယုံကြည်ပါတယ်။ နေ့တနေ့ရဲ့အဆုံးမှာ နည်းပညာတွေကို အသက်ဝင်အောင် ဖန်တီးပေးနေတဲ့ "လူသားတွေ" ကသာ အဓိကဖြစ်ပါတယ်။🌲💻😎
