· ျဖန္႔ခ်ိေရးလုပ္ငန္းႏွင့္အေတြ႔အႀကံဳရွိသူျဖစ္ၿပီး စာရင္းဇယားေကာင္းစြာျပဳစုႏိုင္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။
· ဆက္ဆံေရးေကာင္းမြန္ေျပျပစ္ျပီး ၀ယ္သူမ်ားႏွင့္ ေကာင္းမြန္စြာဆက္ဆံေဆာင္ရြက္ႏုိင္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။
· MS Office, PowerPoint, Internet, email ကၽြမ္းက်င္စြာအသုံးျပဳတတ္ရမည္။
· ျမန္မာျပည္အႏွံ ခရီးသြားလာႏုိင္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။
· Manager ရာထူးအတြက္ လုပ္သက္(၂)ႏွစ္အထက္ ႏွင့္ Executive ရာထူးအတြက္
· လုပ္သက္အနည္းဆံုး (၁)ႏွစ္ရွိသူျဖစ္ရမည္
(၃) Event & Operation Manager (M – 3 Posts)
(၄) Event & Operation Executive (M – 5 Posts)
