Obedience is better than the fat of rams.

Living in obedience to God’s Word is true worship.

If we worship without listening to God’s Word, we cannot have a true life of worship.

What does Romans 12 say?

A life that is living and holy,

a sacrifice pleasing to God.

Is worship merely singing, or is it a way of living?

Singing is only one part of worship.

Which chapter in Samuel says this?

What does God delight in?

More than sacrifice.

if you raise your hands and praise God one day a week,

but spend the other six days criticizing others,

or speaking words that displease God,

Can praising God for one hour a week truly be called genuine worship?

With that kind of life, it cannot become a true life of worship.

Do not think that worship is only what happens in church.

Do not define worship by church services alone.

When we speak about worship, do not see it as only the service taking place in church.

Living in obedience to God’s Word is worship.
