1. SAE (Civil & Archi) (QS/Planning) F ( 1 ) Post

- ME, BE, B.Tech, AGTI(Civil)
- At least (4) years experience in related field
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office
- Assist for the preparation of contract documents including details regarding quantities of required materials (BOQ)
- Prepare the Quantity Survey and material schedule, Material indent, Bill payment
- Prepare the process of selection and approval of materials/ fittings/ fixtures by Consultants is in accordance with the Contract Drawing and Specification including warranty requirements
- Prepare for the clarifications from Drawings for Variation Order
- Site visits, assessments and projections for future work
- File documents in accordance to ISO filing system

2 . Site Engineer (JE). (1) Post

- BE, B.Tech, AGTI(Civil)
- 25 Years and Above
- At least 2 years experience in related field
- Experience in High Rise Building Construction and infrastructure
- Good Experience for Structure Archie /ID Work
- Liaising with senior engineer and sub contractor
- Assit and report to senior rank
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Auto CAD, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel

- Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- To coordinate for approval of RFI, RFA, RAM, etc. according to design requirement and client’s representative instruction
- Willing to learn

3. Site Supervisor M ( 1 ) Post

- အသက်(၂၀)နှင့်အထက်ရှိရမည်။
- အခြေခံပညာ အထက်တန်းရရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Labour များကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်ရမည်။
- ဆောက်လုပ်ရေးလုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (၃) နှစ်နှင့်အထက်ရှိရမည်။
- ရိုးသားကြိုးစား၍ အကျင့်စာရိတ္တကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။

4. Surveyor M ( 1 ) Post

- Any Graduate and related training certificate (Survey) and (4) years experience in related field/Position
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D Survey Software
- Ability to use Level, Theodolite, Total Station
- To arrange the drawing for survey line and survey point
- Can get a handle on survey software data process and understand settlement control instruments
