Responsibilities
- Maintain the general ledger and all related accounts with proper documentation and records of all company transactions.
- Review entries to the general and subsidiary ledgers to assure accuracy and compliance with the stablished accounting principles
- Oversee the daily operations of the account department
- Process monthly quarterly and year-end closing of the general ledger, including preparation of journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare quarterly year end and comparative financial reports P&L Balance Sheet
- Financial and tax audits
- Manage all procedure of account receivable and account payable
- Provide financial analysis in such areas as budgeting , cost reduction and reviewing operational performance in support of business operations
- Accept cash, checks and bank account payment, Maintain office petty cash

Requirements and skills
- B.Com(or) ACCA preferred
- 3+ years accounting finance experience
- Experience in the service/ Software solution provide career preferred
- Able to use ERP system for daily transaction and reporting
- Strong communication and cooperation skills
