Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Facebook and LinkedIn advertising, with the ability to create and execute successful campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. Additionally, the candidate should have a good sense of design and creativity, and be proficient in using tools such as Canva to create visually appealing ad designs. The candidate should also have knowledge of design principles and best practices to produce high-quality and effective visuals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Facebook and LinkedIn advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation
- Utilize Facebook and LinkedIn's advertising tools, such as Audience Insights and Campaign Manager, to target and segment audiences
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and sales teams, to ensure campaigns align with overall business goals
- Create visually appealing ad designs using tools such as Canva and applying design principles and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Facebook, LinkedIn advertising trends and best practices

Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in Facebook and LinkedIn advertising, with a proven track record of successful campaigns
- Strong understanding of Facebook and LinkedIn's advertising tools and targeting options
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools, such as Facebook Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, and Google Analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Digital Marketing will be advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proficient in using design tools such as Canva
- Knowledge of design principles and best practices
