I work as a Senior Operator in the Web Team.This June will mark my third year of service with the company.

■Could you describe your role and responsibilities as a Senior Operator?

I am responsible for managing Kaiyuu, Tokushuu, and sales banners, as well as maintaining spreadsheets. In addition, I mentor new team members and conduct final reviews of their work to ensure maximum accuracy.

■Can you share some notable successes and how you've approached challenges in your career so far?

I began my journey here as a Junior Operator with no prior experience. I owe my professional growth to the dedicated guidance of my seniors and the various on-the-job training programs organized by the company. I am also grateful for the welcoming environment at Simple Z; the friendliness of my colleagues helped me settle in quickly and build strong relationships.

During my tenure of over two years, I have witnessed significant technological advancements within the company. Although I initially had concerns about keeping up with these changes, I successfully adapted and navigated them.

As a Senior Operator in the BPO Team, I have been working for Simple'Z for more than 6 years. In this role, I do a main part in our e-commerce operations, handling tasks like products registering, coding, preparing in using HTML/CSS, editing images using photoshop, sale banner uploads and preparing listings for platforms like Rakuten, Yahoo.

As a senior operator, my focus is on ensuring that e-commerce runs smoothly. This includes registering new products, refining product images for optimal presentation, and preparing listings for platforms like Rakuten, Yahoo.

One of my significant accomplishments was successfully accomplishing important tasks within tight deadlines.I took responsibility for arranging my tasks, prioritizing them, and ensuring they were finished on time.One of my main challenges was managing time and dealing with pressure, particularly when multiple responsibilities came up at once.To tackle this, I ensured that I was organized, broke tasks into smaller steps, and communicated clearly when needed for support or clarification. Through these experiences, I came to understand the significance of being adaptable, problem-solving, and maintaining a positive outlook when facing challenges.My professional growth and continued improvement have been aided by these skills.
