Responsibilities

· Purchasing construction materials and other materials which is requested from overall departments.
· Review the quality of purchasing product
· Maintain updated records of purchasing products, market rate, DO, and invoices.
· Prepare payment for the purchasing
· Deal with team issues and prepare all documents related to the department on behalf of the Superior
· Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
· Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.

Requirements

· Any Bachelor Degree Holder
· Must have 3 years of experience in a similar role.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Attention to details
