Celebrating Internal Audit Awareness Month 2026

BRAC Myanmar ကနေ မေလထဲမှာကျင်းပလေ့ရှိတဲ့ Internal Audit Awareness Month အထိမ်းအမှတ်တွင် ပါဝင်ဆင်နွှဲခဲ့ပြီး၊ Audit ရဲ့တန်ဖိုးနဲ့ အရေးပါမှုကို သတိရစေဖို့၊ နားလည်စေဖို့နဲ့ ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်တဲ့ အဖွဲအစည်းတစ်ခုကို ဖန်တီးဖို့ ရည်ရွယ်ပါတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့ Internal Audit Department မှ ဦးဆောင်ပြီး Internal Audit Experience Survey၊ Internal Audit Quiz Competition နှင့် Quiz မှာ တက်ကြွစွာပါဝင်ပြီး အနိုင်ရရှိသူများကို ဂုဏ်ပြုချီးမြှင့်တဲ့ အစီအစဉ်များကို အောက်ပါအတိုင်း ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။

• Survey ကနေတဆင့် ဝန်ထမ်းများက audit မှဝန်ဆောင်မှုများနှင့် အဖွဲ့အစည်းအတွင်း ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများ ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်လာစေရန် အထောက်အကူပြုနိုင်မယ့် အကြံပြုချက်များကို မျှဝေပေးခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။
• Quiz competition ကလည်း ဝန်ထမ်းများအတွက် internal audit ရဲ့ လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်တာများနဲ့ပတ်သက်တဲ့ အသိပညာများကို ပျော်ရွှင်စရာကောင်းပြီး အပြန်အလှန်ပါဝင်နိုင်သော နည်းလမ်းနဲ့ ပြန်လည်လေ့လာနိုင်ဖို့ အခွင့်အရေးတစ်ရပ်ဖြစ်စေခဲ့ပြီး အနိုင်ရရှိသူ ၁၁ ယောက်ရှိခဲ့ပါတယ်။
• ဒါ့အပြင် “ကျွန်တော်သာ Auditor တစ်ဦးဖြစ်ခဲ့မယ်ဆိုရင် BRAC Myanmar အတွက်လုပ်ချင်တာကတော့……” ဆိုတဲ့ ခေါင်းစဉ်နဲ့ပတ်သက်ပြီး ပြောပြပေးဖို့ Quiz competition မှာ အနိုင်ရရှိသူ ၁၁ ယောက်ထဲမှ lucky speakers သုံးဦးကို ရွေးချယ်ခဲ့ပြီး သူတို့ဆီကနေ ဆန်းသစ်တဲ့ အတွေးအမြင်များကိုလည်း နားထောင်ခွင့်ရခဲ့ပါတယ်။

Internal Audit Awareness Month ကျင်းပခြင်းကနေ ပျော်စရာကောင်းပြီး အားလုံးပါဝင်ဆင်နွှဲရေးခဲ့ရုံသာမက လုပ်ဖော်ကိုင်ဖက်တွေကြား Internal Audit နဲ့ပတ်သက်ပြီး ဆန်းသစ်သောအိုင်ဒီယာများ၊ ကွဲပြားတဲ့ ရှုထောင့်အမြင်များကို အားပေးဖော်ဆောင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။

Celebrating Internal Audit Awareness Month 2026

BRAC Myanmar joined the celebration of Internal Audit Awareness Month, which is held every May, with the aim of raising awareness and understanding of the value and importance of audit, while also contributing to the creation of a better organisation. Led by our Internal Audit Department, the following activities were organized; the Internal Audit Experience Survey, the Internal Audit Quiz Competition, and awarding ceremony for the winners of the quiz competition.

• Through the survey, staff shared valuable suggestions that could help improve audit services and strengthen collaboration within the organization.
• The quiz competition provided an opportunity to refresh knowledge and raise awareness about internal audit functions in a fun and interactive way, and there were a total of 11 winners in the quiz competition.
• Additionally, we had the opportunity to hear innovative and inspiring ideas under the topic, “If I am an Auditor, I will …… for BRAC Myanmar” from three lucky speakers selected among the 11 quiz winners.

The celebration of Internal Audit Awareness Month was not only fun and engaging for everyone, but also encouraged innovative ideas and diverse perspectives related to Internal Audit among colleagues.
