- Responsibilities:

1. Manage all factories to excellence.

2. Lead production industrialization.

3. Secure production setup. Actively follow-up bulk production. Secure bulk quality & delivery.

4. Spearhead client satisfaction.

5. Can go & back to Cambodia

6. Good Communication with Asian Team

- Requirements:

1. Basic knowledge of the garment production process or a strong interest in it.

2. Solid presentation and communication skills in both written and spoken English. good English skills in verbal/writing…

3. Passion and ability to learn new things.

4. Team player, open-minded and international way of thinking.

5. Need to be smart, outgoing, open-mind, clear mind and ok to go to the factory

6. The age needs to be under 30

7. Good communication in English

8. Knowing the function of merchandising and operation of the factory would be great

9. Any graduate)

10. working experiences minimum 2 years in the garment factory in MR position.
