Summary

- Customer များထံမှချေးငွေလျှောက်လွှာများလက်ခံခြင်း၊ Field စစ်တမ်းများကောက်ယူခြင်း၊ Customer များထံမှ Collectionကောက်ယူခြင်း။

Roles and Responsibilities
- မန်နေဂျာပံ့ပိုးမှုဖြင့် Field များကို အကဲဖြတ်ခြင်းနှင့် ကောက်ချက်ချခြင်းများကို လုပ်ဆောင်ရမည်။
- အလားအလာရှိသော ဖောက်သည်များထံ သွားရောက်လည်ပတ်ရန် အစီအစဉ်များပြုလုပ်ပြီး ၎င်းတို့နှင့် ၎င်းတို့၏ လုပ်ငန်းပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ကို ကွင်းဆင်းစုံစမ်းမေးမြန်းခြင်းနှင့် အနီးအနားရှိ စုံစမ်းခြင်းများမှတဆင့် အကဲဖြတ်ရမည်။
- Credit အကဲဖြတ်ခြင်းကို ခွဲခြမ်းစိတ်ဖြာပြီး ရုံးခွဲမန်နေဂျာဖြင့် ငွေထုတ်ချေးမည့်ပမာဏကို အတည်ပြုခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် ငြင်းပယ်ခြင်းများ ပြုလုပ်ရမည်။
- Customer များထံသို့ ငွေသွားကောက်ခံပြီး/ customer များနှင့်ပတ်သက်သော သတင်းအချက် အလက်များအား အမြဲသတိရှိစွာ စောင့်ကြည့်ပြီး Branch Manager ထံသို့ တင်ပြရမည်
- Finance ဌာန နှင့် Musoni စနစ်သို့ စုဆောင်းငွေများ တင်ပြ/ငွေအပ်ရမည်။
- ဖောက်သည်လိမ်လည်မှုကိစ္စများကို စောင့်ကြည့်ပြီး ထိုလိမ်လည်မှု၏ အကြောင်းရင်းများနှင့် အခြေအနေများကို ဖော်ထုတ်ရမည်။
- နေ့စဉ်အစီရင်ခံစာကို ပြင်ဆင်ပြီး ရုံးခွဲမန်နေဂျာထံ အချိန်နှင့်တပြေးညီ တင်ပြရမည်။
- ဌာနတွင်းရှိ လုပ်ဖော်ကိုင်ဖက်များနှင့် ပူးပေါင်း၍ အဖွဲ့လိုက်လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။
- သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနမှ ထုတ်ပြန်ထားသော စည်းကမ်းချက်များနှင့် ရုံးတွင်းအပြုအမူများ ကို လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
- ရုံးခွဲမန်နေဂျာမှ ပေးအပ်သော အခြားတာဝန်များလုပ်ဆောင်ရမည်။
ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ စည်းကမ်းနှင့် မန်နေဂျာထံမှ ညွှန်ကြားချက်များကို လိုက်နာရမည်။
Job Qualification & Requirements
- ဘွဲ့ရဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Microfinance နယ်ပယ်တွင် ချေးငွေတာဝန်ခံရာထူးဖြင့် လုပ်သက် (၁) နှစ်ရှိရမည်။ (လုပ်ငန်း အတွေ့ကြုံမရှိသူများလည်း လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်။)
- အခြေခံ MS Office (Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook) ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုရှိရမည်။
- အခြေခံ အင်္ဂလိပ် စာကျွမ်းကျင်မှု (အရေး၊ အဖတ် ကျွမ်းကျင်ရမည်) ။

လူအများစုက မိမိတို့ “အခုလုပ်နိုင်တယ်” လို့ ထင်ထားတဲ့အရာတွေမှာပဲ အာရုံစိုက်နေတတ်ကြပါတယ်။ လက်ရှိမှာ ဖြစ်နိုင်မယ်လို့ ယူဆထားတဲ့ အတိုင်းပဲ လမ်းကြောင်းစဉ်းစားပြီး၊ အနာဂတ်မှာ “ဘာတွေ လုပ်နိုင်မလဲ” ဆိုတာကို စဉ်းစားဖို့ အချိန်မပေးဘဲ နေတတ်ကြပါတယ်။
အခွင့်အရေးအသစ်တွေကို စူးစမ်းဖို့ မကြိုးစားပဲ၊ မိမိသတ်မှတ်ထားတဲ့ ဘောင်လေးအတွင်းမှာပဲ နစ်မြုပ်နေတတ်ကြတယ်။

လက်ရှိ အခြေအနေမှာ မဖြစ်နိုင်လောက်ပါဘူး ထင်ထားတဲ့ အရာတွေ၊ အိမ်မက်တွေကိုပါ ထည့်သွင်းစဥ်းစားပြီး ကိုယ့်ရဲ့ အလားအလာတွေကို စွန့်စားရှာဖွေလိုက်ပါ။

ဒီအိမ်မက်က လက်တွေ့ဖြစ်လာနိုင်တယ် ဆိုတာထက် ဒီအိမ်မက်ကို ကိုယ့်ဘာသာ အရယူနိုင်အောင် ကြိုးစားနိုင်တယ်လို့ ယုံကြည်နေမှုက အရေးအကြီးဆုံးပါပဲ။

ဒီနေ့တော့ ကိုယ်လိုချင်တဲ့ ဘဝကို စိတ်ထဲမှာ ပုံဖော်ကြည့်ဖို့ အချိန်လေး နည်းနည်းယူလိုက်ပါ။

“ ကိုယ် အဖြစ်ချင်ဆုံးနဲ့ အကြီးမားဆုံး အိမ်မက်က ဘာလဲ။ ဘယ်အရာတွေက ကိုယ့်ကို မတွေးဘဲ မနေနိုင်အောင် လုပ်နေတာလဲ။”

အကုန်လုံးကို စာရွက်ပေါ်မှာ ချရေးလိုက်ပါ။ ကိုယ့်အိပ်မက်တွေကို စာရွက်ပေါ်မှာ မြင်ရတာဟာ ပိုပြီး စိတ်လှုပ်ရှားပြီး ခွန်အားရှိလာသလို ခံစားရစေနိုင်ပါတယ်။ အကောင်အထည်ဖော်နိုင်စေဖို့ လမ်းစတစ်ခုလည်း ရနိုင်ပါတယ် – အဲဒီအိပ်မက်တွေကို လက်တွေ့လို့လည်း ခံစားရစေပါတယ်။

နောက်တစ်ဆင့်ကတော့ အဓိကအချက်ပါ–သေးငယ်တဲ့ ခြေလှမ်းတွေကတဆင့် စတင်ပါ။ ဘယ်လို အိမ်မက်ပဲ ဖြစ်ပါစေ ကိုယ့်ဘက်က ခြေတစ်လှမ်း မလှမ်းဘဲနေရင် ဖြစ်လာမှာ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ အတွေးသက်သက်သာ ဖြစ်ပါလိမ့်မယ်။ ကြီးမားတဲ့အိပ်မက်တွေဆိုတာ အားနည်းချက်တွေ၊ စိတ်ဓာတ်ကျစရာတွေ၊ ဘယ်နေရာကစရမယ်ဆိုတာ မသေချာသလိုခံစားရခြင်းတွေ ကြုံတွေ့နိုင်တာဟာ ပုံမှန်ပါပဲ။ ဒါပေမဲ့ လိုချင်တဲ့ စိတ်ကူးအိပ်မက်တိုင်းကို ရဖို့ဆိုရင် သေးငယ်တဲ့ ခြေတစ်လှမ်းကနေ စတင်ဖို့ပါပဲ။ မိမိအိပ်မက်ဆီ နီးစပ်စေမယ့် အရာတွေကို သေချာ သတ်မှတ်ပါ။ သေးငယ်တဲ့ခြေလှမ်းတွေက ခွန်အားကို ဖန်တီးပေးပြီး ယုံကြည်မှုကို တိုးလာစေပါတယ်။

မိမိကိုယ်ကိုမိမိ ပြန်လည် သုံးသပ်ပါ – “မျှော်မှန်းထားတဲ့ အိမ်မက်ကို ရဖို့ ဒီနေ့ တစ်နေ့တာ ဘာလုပ်နိုင်ခဲ့လဲ?”

ဒီလို သေးငယ်တဲ့ လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်ခြေလှမ်းတိုင်းဟာ အချိန်ကြာလာတာနဲ့အမျှ ကြီးမားတဲ့ အောင်မြင်မှုကို ရရှိမှာ အသေအချာပါပဲ။

အသေးအဖွဲ လုပ်ဆောင်မှုလေးတွေကို တစ်ဆင့်ချင်းစီ လုပ်ဆောင်လိုက်ပါ။ နောက်ဆုံးမှာ ကြီးမားတဲ့ အောင်မြင်မှု ရလာမှာ အသေအချာပါပဲ။✨💛

Position - Junior Internal Auditor
Report to- Internal Control Manager
Salary range – Negotiation
Working Hour- 8:30-17:30 Mon-Fri

Job duties
- Assist and support regular audit (All Branches)
- Rotate and auditee all branches basic on quarterly
- Check mainly the cash book with vouchers
- Make sure the physical cash denomination with the balance of the cash book by the surprise checking
- Check the monthly and yearly financial reports with the system
- Check the fixed assets process from all branches
- Check the FRD reports
- Check customer information, loan applications, loan disbursement and loan monitoring
- Check and meet with clients / customers at the field
- Inspect the branches and the whole organization to be secure regarding compliance of with the internal policy, procedure and government rules & regulations.
- Follow up regarding the CDD/EDD as per policy & procedure of compliance team regarding the AML/CFT.
- Prepare the audit report with the audit recommendation and submit it to the Internal Control Manager through the Team Leader.
- Fully assist to Internal Control Manager
- Other duties as per work requirement

Job Specification

Education
- Minimum bachelor’s degree plus LCCI Level 3 UK (or) Diploma in Accounting,
Prefer B. Econ (or) B. Com, and Bachelor of Accounting
Working Experience
- Minimum (2) years working experiences by Finance and Accountant Position in Microfinance Industry (or)
- Minimum (3) years Loan Officer Experiences with the related degree or Diploma in Accounting (or)
- Minimum (1) year experience by Jr. Auditor Experience if not from MFI background
- Basic MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Basic English skill (fluency in reading, writing), can use Microfinance system / software, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and can work at under pressure
