*Operation Staff*
*Job Description*
- Support DTP activities: Learning and using Adobe InDesign, Ai and Photoshop etc.
- Maintain schedules of production (Manual production, Design Creation and etc)
- Quality check and establish workflow of QC/QA (quality assurance) for every project
- Learning and Expand knowledge for Adobe InDesign, Ai and Photoshop (Printing, Translation, Design Creation)
- To perform other duties as assigned
- Weekly report to the DTP Officer. This includes: Action report (what was done, what to do) for operation.
- Monthly report to the DTP Officer.

*Requirement*
- English Skill required.
- Computer skill (Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Any Graduate
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet the deadline
- Able to work with team
- Age above 20
*Work Location : Yuzana Hotel, 4 Floor, No.130, Shwe Gone Taing Road,
Bahan Township, Yangon, Myanmar.
*Working Hour : 9:00 to 17:00*
*Close Day : Saturday and Sunday and Public Holidays*
**Salary : 400,000 MMK to 500,000*

Operation Supervisor – 1 Post (Male/Female) (Urgent Hire)
Tasks :
- Support Sales director’s activities: support clients, follow up running projects and etc.
- Production coordination: coordinate with suppliers (printing, IT and etc)
- Maintain schedules of production (Manual production, IT Development, Promotional event and etc)
- Maintain the stock of printed manuals (Stock control)
- Quality check and establish workflow of QC/QA (quality assurance) with suppliers
- Expand supplier network (Printing, Translation, IT Development, Event Organizer, Digital Marketing)
- Cost reduction activities (negotiation with suppliers)
- To perform other duties as assigned
- Weekly report to the president / other directors. This includes: Action report (what was done, what to do) for operation.
- Monthly report to the president / other directors. This includes: Supplier information (expansion), QC/QA topics, stock control info of manuals.
- Weekly Skype meeting: Report and consulting sales activities and etc.
Requirement :
- English Skill required.

- Any Graduate
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet the deadline
- Able to work with team
- Age above 25
Work Location : Thingangyun Township (Near Junction Zawana)
Working Hour : 9:00 to 17:00
Close Day : Saturday alternative open and Sunday and Public Holidays
Salary : Max MMK 400,000 depend on experience
