Job Description:

✅ Make outbound cold calls to introduce MINDSHIFT Creative's marketing services to potential clients.
✅ Clearly and effectively present our service offerings and their benefits.
✅ Follow up with leads and actively work to close sales.
✅ Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.

Requirements:

✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Self-motivated with a proactive and target-driven attitude.
✅ Basic computer literacy and comfortable navigating online tools.
✅ Must possess your own laptop and a stable internet connection.
✅ Must be actively online and available during working hours.
✅ Compensation: 4-5Lakh annual salary + phone bill allowance + sales incentive bonus.
