RBF+ ၏ တတိယအကြိမ်မြောက် အဆိုပြုလွှာခေါ်ယူမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း - ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ်

RBF+ သည် ဥရောပသမဂ္ဂ၊ ဆွစ်ဇာလန်နိုင်ငံ နှင့် ဒိန်းမတ်နိုင်ငံတို့ ပူးပေါင်းကာ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိ စိုက်ပျိုးရေး၊ မွေးမြူရေး၊ ရေလုပ်ငန်းနှင့် ၄င်းတို့၏ တန်ဖိုးကွင်းဆက် (Agrifood Value Chain) တစ်လျှောက်လုံးတွင် ပါဝင်သည့် အသေးစား၊ အငယ်စားနှင့် အလတ်စား စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းများ (MSMEs) ရေရှည်တည်တံ့နိုင်ပြီး ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်လာစေရန်၊ အလုပ်အကိုင် အခွင့်အလမ်းသစ်များ ပေါ်ပေါက်လာစေရန်နှင့် သဘာဝပတ်၀န်းကျင် ထိခိုက်မှုကို လျှော့ချနိုင်စေရန် ရည်ရွယ်ချက်ဖြင့် ကဏ္ဍကြီး (၃)ခု အောက်တွင် ငွေကြေးအရ အထောက်အပံ့ပေးနေသည့် အစီအစဉ်တစ်ခု ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

ယခုအခါတွင် RBF+ သည် တတိယအကြိမ်မြောက် အဆိုပြုလွှာခေါ်ယူမှုအား ‘၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ် ဩဂုတ်လ (၁၄) ရက်နေ့’တွင် စတင်တော့မည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း ဝမ်းမြောက်စွာ အသိပေးအပ်ပါသည်။

ပထမနှင့် ဒုတိယအကြိမ် အဆိုပြုလွှာခေါ်ယူမှုများတွင် ဧရိယာ (၃) - “စွမ်းအင်အလေအလွင့် လျှော့ချခြင်းနှင့် ပြန်လည်ပြည့်ဖြိုးမြဲ စွမ်းအင်အသုံးပြုခြင်း” နှင့် ဧရိယာ (၆) - “လုပ်ငန်းခွင်ဘေးအန္တရာယ် ကင်းရှင်းရေးနှင့် ကျန်းမာရေး” တို့အောက်၌ စီမံကိန်းအများဆုံး လျှောက်ထားအောင်မြင်ခဲ့ပြီး ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ သို့ဖြစ်ပါ၍ ယခု တတိယအကြိမ် အဆိုပြုလွှာခေါ်ယူမှုတွင် အဆိုပါ ဧရိယာ (၃) နှင့် (၆) တို့ကို ထည့်သွင်းခေါ်ယူတော့မည် မဟုတ်ကြောင်း ကြိုတင်အသိပေးအပ်ပါသည်။ ထို့အပြင် ဧရိယာ (၈) - “ပြည်ပကုန်စည်ပြပွဲများတွင် လယ်ယာနှင့် စားသောက်ကုန် ထုတ်လုပ်သည့် MSMEs များ၏ ပါဝင်ပြသခြင်း” ကိုလည်း ယခုအကြိမ် ခေါ်ယူမှုတွင် ထည့်သွင်းထားခြင်း မရှိပါကြောင်း အသိပေးအပ်ပါသည်။

ယခုအကြိမ်တွင် ဧရိယာ (၁၀) - “စိုက်ပျိုးမွေးမြူရေးနည်းပညာ၊ သွင်းအားစုနှင့် စက်ကိရိယာ ထုတ်လုပ်သော ကုမ္ပဏီ/လုပ်ငန်းများအတွက် နည်းပညာဆိုင်ရာ ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှု မြှင့်တင်ခြင်း” အား ထပ်တိုးဧရိယာအသစ် တစ်ခုအဖြစ် ထည့်သွင်းနိုင်ရေးအတွက် သက်ဆိုင်ရာအတည်ပြုချက်ကို စောင့်ဆိုင်းလျက်ရှိပြီး၊ အတည်ပြုချက်ရရှိမှုနှင့် လျှောက်လွှာအသေးစိတ်အချက်အလက်များကို RBF+ ၏ လူမှုကွန်ရက်ပလက်ဖောင်းများ မှတစ်ဆင့် ဆက်လက်အသိပေး ကြေညာသွားမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

RBF+ Announces the 3rd Call for Proposals – 2026

RBF+ is pleased to announce that the 3rd Call for Proposals will officially open on 14 August 2026.

RBF+ is a matching grant funding programme jointly supported by the European Union, Switzerland, and Denmark. It aims to promote the sustainable and inclusive growth of agri-food Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) within local agricultural value chains, by strengthening their economic resilience, creating new employment opportunities, and contributing to more environmentally sustainable and climate-resilient agrifood systems.

Following the successful implementation of the 1st and 2nd Calls for Proposals, the following thematic areas will no longer be included in the 3rd Call:

• Area 3: Energy Efficiency / Renewable Energy
• Area 6: Occupational Safety and Health (OSH)
• Area 8: Agrifood MSMEs Participation in Trade Fairs

In addition, a new thematic area, “Area 10 – Technology Exposure for Agri-input and Agri-tech Companies” has been proposed for inclusion in this call. However, it is currently pending final approval. Further updates on its approval status and application details for Area 10 will be announced through the official RBF+ social media platforms once confirmed.

Shan State is one of Myanmar’s most important agricultural and livestock production regions, playing a significant role in the cultivation and production of avocados, maize, potatoes, tea, and other high-value crops, thereby contributing substantially to the country’s agricultural and livestock sectors. To promote the modernization of the agriculture, livestock, and fisheries sectors, as well as their entire value chains in the region, RBF+ has been providing grant support and has conducted field visits to these projects.
During the visits, the team observed a range of technology-driven initiatives implemented by micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), including:
• Solar PV systems
• Solar-powered pumping systems that improve irrigation efficiency
• Flatbed dryers and column dryers for post-harvest processing
• Power tillers for upland cultivation and floriculture operations
• Cold storage facilities for potatoes and avocados, key crops of Shan State
• High-quality potato propagation systems using micropropagation (tissue culture) technology
• Metal fabrication facilities for agricultural machinery production.
These technologies contribute to reducing operational costs, minimizing post-harvest losses, and improving product quality, thereby supporting increased income generation and market expansion for farmers and MSMEs in Shan State.
In addition, grant agreements were successfully signed with selected farmers and MSMEs in Shan State under the Second Call for Proposals. This marks an important milestone in advancing technology adoption and facilitating the expansion of their businesses.

The RBF+ team conducted site visits to projects implemented by micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) across Bago Region that were successful from the First and Second Calls for Proposals, covering agriculture, livestock, fisheries, and the broader agrifood value chain.
During the visits, the team closely observed the operational status and progress of various technology-driven projects, including
• Hydraulic Iron Worker and Milling Machine for Import Substitution,
• Solar PV systems,
• Solar Pumping systems,
• Drip Irrigation System,
• Gasifiers and Column Dryers that convert agricultural waste, particularly rice husk, into valuable and reusable by-products,
• Combine harvesters, and
• the Upgrading of rice mills into more advanced processing facilities.
The machinery and technology advancement observed during the field visits represent far more than a mere investment. They signify a strategic shift toward more efficient production, greater economic competitiveness, and a more sustainable agri-food value chain.
