We are hiring for Senior ELV Engineer to work with Our Protocol Team. Required Job Description as follow.

1. Design and develop ELV systems, including but not limited to CCTV (Hybrid System),PABX (Hybrid System),Fire Alarm Systems, Public Address Systems, Access Control, BMS, and Structured Cabling.

2. Prepare detailed designs, drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities (BOQ) for ELV systems.

3. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

4. Lead and manage ELV projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

5. Work closely with cross-functional teams including electrical, mechanical, IT, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of ELV systems.

6. Prepare and review project schedules, cost estimates, and progress reports.

7. Supervise and manage the installation and commissioning of ELV systems.

8. Conduct site inspections to ensure the quality and safety of installations.

9. Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the installation process.

10. Provide technical support to clients and maintenance teams for ELV systems.

11. Develop and implement maintenance plans for ELV systems to ensure optimal performance.

12. Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on ELV systems and best practices.

13. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including technical reports, as-built drawings, and operation & maintenance manuals.

14. Provide regular project status updates and reports to management.

15. Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in ELV system design and implementation.

Strong knowledge of ELV systems, including CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, BMS, and Structured Cabling.

Proficiency in using relevant design software and tools.

Excellent interpersonal, cross-team management, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Self-motivated with a keen interest in learning and development.

Additionally, you will be responsible for CCTV installation and configuration, which will be taught by the company. You will also be required to perform network cabling and essential network work.

Responsibilities:

- Install, update, and repair computer hardware and software for customers at their offices and sites.
- Install and configure CCTV systems in accordance with company procedures.
- Perform network cabling and essential network work.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.
- Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with customers and ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain and enhance your skills.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 or 2 years of experience in computer hardware and software installation, updating, and repair.
- Knowledge of computer networking, cabling, and essential network components.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
-Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., A+ certification, Network+ certification, etc.) Or equivalent skills.
