အဆောက်အဦးလျှပ်စစ်အလုပ်ကိုစိတ်ဝင်စားသူလူငယ်များ ကျွန်တော်တို့နဲ့ ပူပေါင်းဖို့ ဖိတ်ခေါ်ပါတယ်

Generator ရဲ့ Neutral Point ကိုဘာကြောင့် Earth ချသင့်တာလဲ

- IEC Standard တွေ (ဥပမာ - IEC 60034, IEC 61936) အရ Generator တွေရဲ့ Neutral Point ကို Earth ချ (Grounding လုပ်) ရခြင်းဟာ စက်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ လုံခြုံရေး (Equipment Protection) နဲ့ လူတွေရဲ့ အသက်အန္တရာယ် ကင်းရှင်းရေး (Personnel Safety) အတွက် မရှိမဖြစ် လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။

အဓိက အကြောင်းရင်းတွေကို အောက်ပါအတိုင်း ခွဲခြားလေ့လာနိုင်ပါတယ်-

၁။ Earth Fault Protection Relay များ အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်ရန် (Fault Detection & Clearing)
Generator မှာ အဖြစ်အများဆုံးက Single Line-to-Ground (SLG) Fault ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ Neutral ကို Earth ချထားမှသာ Fault ဖြစ်တဲ့အခါ Fault Current က Earth ကနေတဆင့် Neutral ဆီကို ပြန်စီးဆင်းနိုင်မယ့် လမ်းကြောင်း (Return Path) ရရှိမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အဲ့ဒီ Current ကို တိုင်းတာပြီးမှသာ Earth Fault Relay သို့မဟုတ် Restricted Earth Fault (REF) Relay တွေကနေ Fault ကို သိရှိပြီး Circuit Breaker ကို ချက်ချင်း Trip လုပ်ပေးနိုင်မှာပါ။ Ungrounded system ဆိုရင် Fault Current စီးဆင်းမှု မရှိသလောက် နည်းတဲ့အတွက် Relay တွေက Detect လုပ်နိုင်ဖို့ အလွန်ခက်ခဲပါတယ်။

၂။ Overvoltage ကို ထိန်းချုပ်ရန် (Voltage Stabilization)
Neutral ကို Earth မချထားတဲ့ (Ungrounded) System တွေမှာ Phase တစ်ခု Earth ကျသွားရင်၊ ကျန်နေတဲ့ ကောင်းမွန်တဲ့ (Healthy) Phase နှစ်ခုရဲ့ Ground နဲ့ တိုင်းတဲ့ Voltage ဟာ Phase-to-Phase Voltage အထိ (ပုံမှန်ထက် \sqrt{3} ဆ) မြင့်တက်သွားပါတယ်။ Neutral ကို Earth ချထားခြင်းအားဖြင့် System ရဲ့ Voltage ကို တည်ငြိမ်စေပြီး Generator ရဲ့ Winding Insulation တွေ Overvoltage ဒဏ်ကြောင့် ပျက်စီးခြင်းမှ ကာကွယ်ပေးပါတယ်။

၃။ Arcing Ground အန္တရာယ်မှ ကာကွယ်ရန်
Earth Fault ဖြစ်ချိန်မှာ Ground နဲ့ Phase ကြား လျှပ်စစ်မီးပွား (Arc) ပွင့်လိုက် ငြိမ်းလိုက် ဖြစ်တတ်ပါတယ်။ ဒီလို ပြတ်တောင်းပြတ်တောင်း ဖြစ်မှုကြောင့် System ထဲမှာ Transient Overvoltage တွေ အလွန်အမင်း မြင့်တက်လာပြီး တခြားနေရာတွေက Insulation တွေကိုပါ ဖောက်ထွက်ပျက်စီးစေနိုင်ပါတယ်။ Neutral ကို Earth ချထားခြင်းက ဒီလို Arcing Ground ကြောင့်ဖြစ်တဲ့ လျှပ်စစ်လှိုင်းဂယက်တွေကို သိသိသာသာ လျှော့ချပေးပါတယ်။
၄။ System ထဲမှာ Fault ဖြစ်တဲ့အခါ မြေပြင်ပေါ်မှာ ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာမယ့် Step Voltage နဲ့ Touch Voltage တွေကို အန္တရာယ်ကင်းတဲ့ အတိုင်းအတာအတွင်းမှာ ရှိနေစေဖို့ Neutral Earthing က ကူညီပေးပါတယ်။

အချုပ်အားဖြင့်ဆိုရလျှင် Neutral ကို Earth ချခြင်းဟာ System Voltage ကို တည်ငြိမ်စေဖို့၊ Fault ကို လွယ်ကူလျင်မြန်စွာ ဖြတ်တောက်နိုင်ဖို့နဲ့ Generator ရဲ့ သက်တမ်းကို ရှည်ကြာစေဖို့အတွက် ပြုလုပ်ရခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
