သက်တမ်း နှစ် 50 နဲ့ အထက်ရှိနေပြီ ဖြစ်တဲ့ အုတ်ခံ ပျဉ်ထောင်အိမ်လေးဟာ ယခင်က အဆောင် အနေနဲ့ ငှါး ပြီး စီးပွါးရေးလုပ်ခဲ့ ပေမယ့် client ဝယ်ယူတဲ့ အချိန်မှာတော့ ပိတ်ထားတာ ကြာနေခဲ့ပြီး အတော်လေး ယိုယွင်းပျက်စီးနေခဲ့ပါပြီ။ အုတ်တွေကလဲ ဆွေးမြေ့ နေပြီ ဖြစ်သလို သံုးမရတော့တဲ့ သစ်သား အတိုအစတွေ၊ သံချေးတက်နေတဲ့ သံဇကာ ကွက်ကျဲတွေ နဲ့ ဖြစ်သလို ခန်းဖွဲ့ဖွဲ့ထားတဲ့ သံုးထပ်သား နံရံတွေ။ ကြပ်ခိုးမှိုင်းနဲ့ ပင့်ကူမျှင် ပြည့်နေတဲ့ ထပ်ခိုးကြပ်ကြပ်လေးတွေ ကြောင့် အိမ်ထဲ ဝင်သွားတာ နဲ့ အငွေ့အသက်ဟာ မှုန်ကုပ် ယိုင်ရွဲ့ နေခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒီအိမ်လေးကို
မိသားစု စည်းစည်းလံုးလံုး စုစုစည်းစည်းနေမယ် ဆိုတဲ့ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်နဲ့ ဝယ်ယူခဲ့တဲ့ shelldesign ရဲ့ client ဟောင်းဟာ ပြန်လည် ပြင်ဆင်ဖို့ shelldesign ဆီ ထပ်မံရောက်ရှိလာခဲ့ပါတယ်။

Designer အနေနဲ့ အိမ်ရဲ့ မှုန်ကုပ် နေတဲ့ အရာ အားလံုး ကို ဖယ် ပစ်ခဲ့ပြီး လွန်ခဲ့ တဲ့ နှစ် 50 ကျော်က အုတ်ခံပျဉ်ထောင် လက်ရာလေးကို ပျောက်မသွားစေပဲနဲ့ ရှိရင်းစွဲ ထိန်းသိမ်းလို့ ရတာလေးတွေကို သူ့အရှိအတိုင်း လှအောင် ထားဖို့ စဉ်းစားခဲ့ပါတယ်။
Furniture Layout Design ကိုလဲ နေထိုင်မယ့် သူတွေပေါ်မူတည်ပြီး Function အဆင်ပြေအောင် စီစဉ်ပေးထားပါတယ်။ Design Trend ကိုတော့ 1950~1970 ကြား ခေတ်စားခဲ့တဲ့ Mid century modern ကိုမှ asian influence ပံုစံ သွားထားပြီးအိမ်ရဲ့ Colour Theme ကိုတော့ အိမ်ထောင်ဦးစီး အဖေ ဖြစ်သူရဲ့ seaman life နဲ့ ဆက်စပ် တဲ့ ပင်လယ်ရေရောင်နဲ့ နေရောင်ကို Accent အနေနဲ့ယူထားပေးပါတယ်။

ယခင်က မှုန်ကုပ်ပျက်ယွင်းနေတဲ့ အဆောင်ငှါးတဲ့ အိမ်လေးဟာ အခုဆိုရင် မမှတ် မိလောက်အောင် လင်းထင်း သပ်ရပ်ပြီး နေချင့်စဖွယ်လေး ဖြစ်ခဲ့ပါပြီ။

အိမ်အိုကလေးကနေ အိမ်ထောင်ကျသွားတဲ့ သားသမီးတွေ ခွဲခွါသွားကြတဲ့အခါ အဖေ နဲ့ အမေဟာ သက်တမ်းကြာနေတဲ့ အိမ်ဟောင်းလေးကိုဖျက်ပြီး ချစ်ခြင်းမေတ္တာ၊ ပျော်ရွှင်မှုနဲ့ မြေးတွေရဲ့ ဆော့ကစားသံနဲ့ ပြည့်နှက်နေတဲ့ အိမ်လေးတစ်လုံး အဖြစ် ပြန်လည် ဆောက်လုပ် အသက်သွင်းချင်ခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။
အစောပိုင်းမှာ ရိုးရိုး2 ထပ် အိမ် ကလေးဆောက်မယ်ဆိုပြီး ရည်ရွယ်ထားခဲ့ပေမယ့် သားဖြစ်သူရဲ့ Designer နဲ့ ဆောက်ပါဆိုတဲ့ ကမ်းလှမ်းမှုနဲ့အတူ Shelldesign. ဆီရောက်လာခဲ့ပါတယ်။

နဂိုက ဆောက်လုပ်ရေး အင်ဂျင်နီယာ အကြမ်းလျာထားတဲ့ layout plan လေးကို Architect က ကြည့်ပြီး ဘယ်သူတွေနေမှာလဲလို့မေးပြီး Layout Plan ပြန်လျာ ပေးလိုက်တဲ့အခါမှာတော့ ဇနီးမောင်နှံ နှစ်ယောက်စလုံး နေရာတစ်ခုဖန်တီးခြင်းရဲ့ အရေးပါမှုကို နားလည်သွားပြီး အိမ်လေး ပြီးသွားတဲ့ အခါ မြင်ရတဲ့ အပြုံးတွေကတော့.... ..... ......
