📢 Urgent Hiring Position – Jr. Shipping Officer (1 vacancy)
💲 Salary Range – Up to 400,000 MMK (Plus ferry & OT)
📍 Job Location – Shwe Pyi Thar township

Job Description
◾️ Email monitoring and communication with agent, forwarder, shipping line,
customers.
◾️ Preparation of shipping documents for export and import.
◾️ Preparation of government documents and apply for approval.
◾️ Communication with government customs office for shipping act purpose.
◾️ Coordination with all internal department regarding shipping activities.
◾️ Getting internal approval for all the shipments.
◾️ Application preparation for import license.
◾️ Monitoring the Loading & Unloading activities & check properly the packing
list.
◾️ Correspondent with International Courier service provider.
◾️ Managing shipping team in the company.
◾️ Monthly report complication to external stakeholder like MIA (KG clearance
process).
◾️ Required to continue OT based on working nature & requirement of Superior

Job Requirements
◾️ Any University Graduate
◾️ Both Fresh & Experienced can apply
◾️ Proficiency in spoken and written English
◾️ Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
◾️ Good interpersonal and communication skills are mandatory
