Since joining Comin Khmere in 2012 as a trainee, Soknay has grown step by step across multiple departments, consistently demonstrating resilience, curiosity, and dedication. Over more than a decade, she has evolved into her current role as 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫, becoming a key contributor to our growth ✨

Throughout her journey, Soknay has actively contributed to delivering diverse projects, including:
• 𝗧𝗞 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 (𝗣𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝟭 & 𝟮) – Mixed-use Office Buildings
• 𝗣𝗛 𝗘𝗰𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗹 – Large-scale Retail Development
• 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗯𝘂𝗰𝗸𝘀 𝗣𝘂𝗯 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘁 (Siem Reap) – Fit-out
• 𝗠𝗢𝗛-𝗟𝗔𝗕 – Four regional laboratories delivered during the COVID-19 pandemic

We are proud to introduce Sokhour Lay, a valued member of the Comin Khmere family since 2007. From his early days to his current role as 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿, he has consistently demonstrated , technical , and a passion for .

Throughout his career, Sokhour has played a key role in delivering high-profile projects across , including:
🏨 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: Led the BSL-3 Laboratory Turnkey Project for the Ministry of Health, implementing advanced negative pressure systems for biosafety compliance.
🏢 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹: Managed multiple phases of the Ford Assembly Plant and the Diamond Twin Tower project.
🛍️ 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹: Contributed to Anantara Angkor Resort, FCC Angkor, and DFS (LVMH) in Siem Reap.
✈️ 𝗔𝘃𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Led the Departure Lounge Extension and FM 200 projects at Siem Reap International Airport.
