Assistant HR Manager - (1) Post (Male/Female)

Duties and Responsibilities;
1. Analysis and reviewing the existing Organization structure and existing staff JD, Tasks and Duties
2. Prepare new structure include in Manpower Plan, Departmental Task & Duties, Individual Task & Duties of employees depending on the business to be carried out in accordance with the vision and mission of the company.
3. Prepare yearly HR Plan with estimate budget calculation.
4. Check and control monthly budget forecasting for HR & Admin operation.
5. Manage and implement overall HR functions which include (Recruitment & Selection, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefit,policies and compliance, Staffing, Etc.)
6. Must be handle of employee contract and project HR process. (New project manpower plan, work scope, analyzing individual task and duty)
7. Providing HR advice and support to line managers and employees, explaining procedures and policies in a timely effective manner.
8. Have to success HR Operation Planning.
Report To – HR Manager

Requirement;
1. Any Graduate, Diploma in HR Management, MBA Preferred
2. Minimum (3) years experiences in HR Management role including (1) years as HR Assistant Manager.
3. Must have strong knowledge in Recruitment & Selection Function.
4. Excellent communication skill and team management skills.
5. Good in English Skill and must have communication level
6. Proficient Computer literate as MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Email/Internet.
7. Good analytical skills, problem-solving skills, can work at tight deadline and under pressure.

🌞Office Day _ Monday to Friday (Saturday half day)
🌟Off Day _ Sunday and Gazette Holiday
💰Salary Range _ Negotiable (depend on experience)
