Stay At Home ကာလအတွင်း ခွင့်ပြုလုပ်ငန်းများလည်ပတ်ရန် online မှ QR pass ထုတ်ထားရန် လိုအပ်ပါသည်။
ရန်ကုန်တိုင်းဒေသကြီး Stay at Home ကာလ ရက်သတ္တပတ်နှစ်ပတ်အတွင်း ခွင့်ပြုလုပ်ငန်းများလည်ပတ်မည်ဆိုပါက Onlineမှတဆင့် မှတ်ပုံတင်ရန် ထပ်မံအသိပေးအကြောင်းကြားခြင်း🔷🔷🔷
၂၀၂၀ခုနှစ် ၊ စက်တင်ဘာလ (၂၇) ရက်
၁။ ရန်ကုန်တိုင်းဒေသကြီးတွင် Stay at Home ကာလ ရက်သတ္တပတ်နှစ်ပတ်အတွင်း ဖွင့်လှစ်ရန် ခွင့်ပြုထားသည့် စက်ရုံ၊ အလုပ်ရုံ၊ ကုမ္ပဏီ၊ လုပ်ငန်း၊ အဖွဲ့အစည်းများသည် လုပ်ငန်းလည်ပတ်ရန် အတွက် Online မှတဆင့် မှတ်ပုံတင်၍ QR Pass ထုတ်ထားရန် လိုအပ်မည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်းကို ၂၄.၉.၂၀၂၀ ရက်နေ့တွင် အသိပေးကြေညာခဲ့ပါသည်။
၂။ အဆိုပါ လည်ပတ်ရန် ခွင့်ပြုထားသောလုပ်ငန်းများမှ စက်ရုံ၊ အလုပ်ရုံများမှ အလုပ်သမားများ၊ ကုမ္ပဏီ၊ လုပ်ငန်း၊ အဖွဲ့အစည်းများမှ ဝန်ထမ်းများသည် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းခွင်သို့ သွားရောက်ရာ တွင်လည်းကောင်း၊ လိုအပ်ချက်အရ အခြားမြို့နယ်များသို့ ဖြတ်ကျော်ရာတွင်လည်းကောင်း QR Pass ရရှိကိုင်ဆောင်ထားရန် လိုအပ်ပါသည်။ QR Pass ရရှိထားခြင်းမရှိပဲ မြို့နယ်တစ်ခုမှတစ်ခုသို့ ဖြတ်ကျော်ခြင်း၊ ခွင့်ပြုထားခြင်းမရှိသော လုပ်ငန်းများ ဖွင့်လှစ်လည်ပတ်ခြင်းများ မပြုလုပ်ရပါ။
၃။ ခွင့်ပြုထားသောလုပ်ငန်းများ QR Pass ရယူနိုင်ရန် https://QRpass.SawSawShar.gov.mm သို့ ဝင်ရောက်၍ မှတ်ပုံတင်ရမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
၄။ ပြည်သူများအနေဖြင့် မဖြစ်မနေဈေးဝယ်ယူခြင်း၊ ဆေးရုံဆေးခန်းများသို့ သွားရောက်ခြင်းတို့ အတွက် ကျန်းမာရေးနှင့်အားကစားဝန်ကြီးဌာနမှ ညွှန်ကြားချက်များအတိုင်း လိုက်နာရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ယခု QR Pass အစီအစဉ်တွင် အကျုံးမဝင်ပါ။
၅။ လုပ်ငန်းရှင်များ၊ ဝန်ထမ်းများ၊ အလုပ်သမားများအနေဖြင့် Stay at Home ကာလ ရက်သတ္တပတ် နှစ်ပတ်အတွင်း ကျန်းမာရေးနှင့်အားကစားဝန်ကြီးဌာနမှ ထုတ်ပြန်ထားသော အမိန့် ညွှန်ကြားချက်များ၊ စည်းမျဉ်း စည်းကမ်းများကို တိကျစွာလိုက်နာရန် လိုအပ်ပြီး လိုက်နာမှုမရှိပါက ပြင်းထန်စွာ အရေးယူသွားမည် ဖြစ်ကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသဖြင့် ကုန်သည်စက်မှုအသင်းချုပ်မှ ထပ်ဆင့် အသိပေးအကြောင်းကြားအပ်ပါသည်။
