“Dots English Language Academy” is hiring following positions for our new campus.

1) Center Manager (M/F) (1)

2) Academic Advisor (F) (1)

3) YLE English Teacher (Part-time) (F) (2)

4) Center Facilitator (M/F) (2)

See below the prerequisite criteria for each position.

For (1) and (2), you must have 2 or 3 years of manager level in any type of educational institution.
-Must have Bachelor Degree in Educational Administration or related field in General Management
-Good leadership skills
-Manage the centre ensuring high quality business activities with maximum quality, service and profitability for the organization
-Meet your targets and those of the team as a whole
-Contribute to training and development of the team

For (2), must have skills to illustrate curriculum and planning.
-Experience in student counseling, development, education, or related field.
-Aiding in the course selection process to ensure progress towards student goals.

For (3), See the following criteria to be our ESL teacher position.

- Must have Bachelor’s degree in English and education.
-Minimum of 2 years experience in a teaching role.
-Must be proficient in using and contributing english
-Knowledge of Child Psychology and handling kids
-Must have fulfilled professional certificate for teaching young learners or phonics training
-The ability to compile lesson plans efficiently.
-The ability to execute lessons with meaning, in a fun, and engaging manner.
-Computer Skills.
-Knowledge of American ESL Curriculum, Methodologies, Classroom-Approach.
