Junior Software Tester — 1 Position
Compensation: 500,000–600,000 MMK per month

Role Summary
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Junior Software Tester to help us deliver reliable, user-friendly software. You’ll work closely with developers and product owners to understand requirements, design and run tests, and clearly report defects. This role is suitable for candidates with at least 1 year of testing experience (manual or automated) who want to grow their skills in web, cloud, and mobile app testing.

Key Responsibilities
• Understand product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; raise questions early to remove ambiguity.
• Design, maintain, and execute functional, integration, smoke, and regression test cases.
• Test web/cloud applications and iOS/Android mobile apps across multiple devices and browsers.
• Log clear, reproducible defect reports with steps, actual vs. expected results, screenshots/videos, and environment details.
• Re-test fixes, track defect lifecycle, and validate releases.
• Contribute to test documentation: test plans, test suites, checklists, and simple risk/coverage reports.
• Follow software QA best practices and keep up to date with testing standards and tools.
• Collaborate daily with engineering, product, and design to improve quality and ship on time.

Minimum Qualifications
• Any bachelor’s degree or a relevant certification is acceptable
• ≥ 1 year of experience as a software tester or in a closely related QA role.
• Solid understanding of the software testing process and common testtypes/levels.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to give concise, factualfeedback.
• Ability to manage time, handle multiple tasks, and perform under pressure.

Nice to Have (Plus Points)
• Exposure to test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr) and bug trackers(e.g., Jira).
• Basic API testing (e.g., Postman) and SQL for data validation.
• Hands-on with browser dev tools and device farms/emulators.
• Intro experience with automation (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Appium) and CIbasics (e.g., Git, pipelines).
• Understanding of accessibility, performance, or security testing fundamentals.
