JSON ဆိုတာ ကွန်ပျူတာတွေ၊ Server တွေ၊ Application တွေအချင်းချင်း စကားပြောတဲ့အခါ သုံးတဲ့ "ဘုံဘာသာစကား" (Universal Language) တစ်ခုလို့ မြင်ကြည့်ပါ။

ဥပမာ - ဟိုတယ်တစ်ခုမှာ Menu ကို မြင်ယောင်ကြည့်လိုက်ပါ။ ဟင်းပွဲနာမည် (Key) ရှိမယ်၊ ဈေးနှုန်း (Value) ရှိမယ်။ အဲ့ဒီ Menu ကတ်ကြီးက စားဖိုမှူး (Server) နဲ့ ဧည့်သည် (Client) ကြားမှာ ဘာလိုချင်လဲဆိုတာ နားလည်အောင် ကူညီပေးတယ်။ JSON ဆိုတာလည်း အဲ့ဒီလိုပါပဲ။ Data တွေကို စနစ်တကျ ထုပ်ပိုးပြီး တစ်နေရာက တစ်နေရာကို ပို့ပေးတဲ့ ပုံစံခွက်တစ်ခုပါ။

JSON ကို စလေ့လာမယ်ဆိုရင် အောက်က အချက် (၃) ချက်ကို အရင်ဆုံး သိထားဖို့ လိုပါတယ်-

Key-Value Pairs: အဘိဓာန်တစ်ခုလိုပါပဲ။ စကားလုံး (Key) ရှိမယ်၊ အဓိပ္ပာယ် (Value) ရှိမယ်။ ဥပမာ - "name": "Mg Mg"။

Data Types: စာသား (String)၊ ဂဏန်း (Number)၊ အမှန်/အမှား (Boolean)၊ စာရင်း (Array) စတာတွေကို သိမ်းဆည်းနိုင်ပါတယ်။
