Assistant Operation Manager (F&B Unit) Male Only (1) Post

Job Description
- နေ့စဉ် Operation လည်ပတ်မှုများကို ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း၊ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ ချောမွေ့စေရန်နှင့် SOP များအတိုင်း လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
- Restaurant ဆိုင်ခွဲများအားလုံး၏ Operation အား စနစ်တကျ တာဝန်ယူစီမံ ခန့်ခွဲနိုင်ရမည်။
- Restaurant/Bar/BBQ/Hot Pot/Seafood စသောဆိုင်များ၏ day to day functions များကို operated လုပ်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
- ဆိုင်ခွဲများ၏ Maintenance, Generator, Safety & Security, cleanliness ပိုင်းများအား တာဝန်ယူနိုင်ရပါမည်။
- ဝန်ထမ်းများ၏ Performance များကို လေ့လာစောင့်ကြည့်၍ လိုအပ်သော Training များ ပေးရမည်။
- CRM ကို အခြေခံ၍ Customer awareness ရနိုင်မည့် Strategic plan များ ရေးဆွဲရမည်။
- ဆိုင်အတွင်းရှိ Operational issues များအားလုံးကို နည်းလမ်းကျကျ ကိုင်တွယ်ဖြေရှင်းရမည်။
- Customer Feedback များ၊ Service issues များကို အထူးအလေးထား၍ ကိုင်တွယ်ဖြေရှင်းရမည်။
- Annual operation procedure, target and budget plan များ တိုးတက်ကောင်းမွန်အောင် ရေးဆွဲရမည်။

Job Specifications
- Any Degree
- Over 40
- Management နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သော Diploma / Certificate ရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
- At least 7 years experiences in F & B background
- Microsoft Office ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရပါမည်။
- Leadership & Communication Skills ပြည့်စုံပြီး Operation Team ကို ဦးဆောင်နိုင်သူ
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making Skills ကောင်းမွန်သူ
