🔹 What is the ☑️ Right Quantity?
Right quantity means the 💊 appropriate amount of medicines or health commodities is available based on disease onsets & prognosis and clients’ choices and demand in line with the Standard Treatment Guidelines (STG).
To meet this, we should also make sure to minimize the risks of stock-out/over-stock by continuously reviewing our 📦stock status based on the consumption data and service provision data.

Having the right quantity reduces the chances of both stock-outs that disrupt healthcare delivery and over-stocks that might lead to expiry and wastage.💙
