တကယ်တော့ Grinder တစ်ဦးအဖြစ်တာဝန်ယူရတဲ့အပိုင်းက physically demanding အရမ်းဖြစ်လို့ အလွန်တရာပင်ပန်းပါတယ်။
SSL 47 Grinder တစ်ယောက်ဖြစ်ဖို့ ရွက်လှေပညာရပ်ကို ကျွမ်းကျင်ဖို့လိုအပ်တဲ့အပြင်
• Leg & upper-body strength
• Core endurance
• Cardiovascular fitness
• Explosive power အစရှိတဲ့ 🏋️ Athlete-level fitness ကို သေချာ trained ထားဖို့လဲ လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။

မြန်မာအသင်းအနေနဲ့ SSL47 ရွက်လှေကို လေ့ကျင့်ချိန်အနည်းငယ်အတွင်း မြန်မာ့သမိုင်းအတွက် ပထမဦးဆုံး 33rd SEA Games ရဲ့ ကြေးတံဆိပ်ကို ရယူနိုင်ခဲ့တဲ့အတွက် အလွန်ဂုဏ်ယူဝမ်းမြောက်ရပါတယ်။

မြန်မာပရိတ်သတ်များရဲ့ ချစ်ခင်သော စိတ်နှလုံးများကို ခံစားရင်း နောင်နှစ်များမှာလဲ ဆက်လက် ပါဝင်နိုင်ဖို့ ကြိုးစားသွားပါဦးမယ်။

ဒီနေ့မှာဆိုရင်တော့ Road to Rio Asian Qualifiers SSL47 ပွဲစဉ်တွေရဲ့ Final Day နောက်ဆုံးရက်ကို ရောက်ရှိလာပြီဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
ဒီနေ့ပြိုင်ပွဲ ၂ ပွဲက Brazil နိုင်ငံကို သွားရောက်ခွင့်ရမယ့် အသင်းကို အဆုံးအဖြတ်ပေးနိုင်မယ့် နေ့လဲဖြစ်ပါပြီ။

Day 1 & Day 2 ရဲ့ results များအရ ဒီနေ့ မှာ ပြိုင်ရမယ် Race 5 & Race 6 ကတော့ အလွန်စိတ်လှုပ်ရှားစရာပါပဲ။

ဒီကနေ့ မနက် ၁၀:၃၀ မှာတော့ မနေ့ကလိုပဲ အုပ်စု B က စတင်ယှဉ်ပြိုင်ရမှာဖြစ်ပြီး အုပ်စု A က တော့ အုပ်စု B အပြီးမှ ဆက်လက်ယှဉ်ပြိုင်သွားမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
