Participants hold full-time teaching positions at public schools throughout the Marshall Islands. The Dartmouth Volunteer Teaching Program, or DVTP, is a year-long volunteer program for graduates of Dartmouth College and other elite liberal arts colleges. Participants hold full-time teaching positions at public elementary, middle, and high schools throughout the Marshall Islands, a small group of atolls and islands in the middle of the Pacific Ocean.
