A developer is seeking to build a 30-room hotel on agricultural ODZ land at Il-Busbesija, Mosta, a site with historic British-era barracks.

If approved, this development would impact agricultural ODZ land of High Landscape Value and destroy historic structures.
Despite being in good condition, the barracks are to be dismantled.
