ACI Partners joins ARCON
ACI Partners has become a member of the Romanian Association of Competition Law (ARCON), following ARCON’s recent expansion to the Republic of Moldova. We see this as a meaningful step toward strengthening regional cooperation and professional dialogue in the field of competition law, as well as encouraging closer interaction between practitioners across jurisdictions. Together with ERA, we look forward to contributing to ARCON’s activities and to the development of a constructive and well-grounded professional exchange at regional level.
Looking ahead, we believe there is value in exploring the creation of a professional association of competition lawyers and economists in the Republic of Moldova. Such an initiative could provide a structured framework for dialogue, training, and the exchange of practical experience among professionals active in this area.
