CHILLOUTSURF is seeking a friendly and outgoing host for the upcoming season! If you have excellent communication skills in English and French, we'd love to hear from you.

As a host at ChilloutSurf , you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and checking in guests, providing them with all the necessary information about the hostel facilities and services.
Assisting guests with any inquiries, recommending local attractions, restaurants, and events.
Maintaining a clean and tidy hostel environment, including common areas and guest rooms.
Organizing social activities and events to encourage interaction among guests.
Handling reservations and managing the hostel's booking system.
Requirements:

Fluency in both English and French is essential, as you will be interacting with guests from various backgrounds.
Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, but not mandatory.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of the local area and its attractions is a plus.
This is a [full-time/part-time/seasonal] position starting from 1st of September Compensation will be discussed during the interview.
