He brought his mad animation skills + 3D and we combined that with my design + 2D cel character animation to craft something naturally unique. The cherry on fruit cake was to get @thechickensound to make custom fruity smoothie music and sound effects. --- ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐ŸŠ Behind the scenes of the 'Fruity' Tribe #nodeident ๐Ÿ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ‡ --- It was a different process this time as it was a collab with @motionvan who looked after the 3D and the animation of most of the little dudes. I looked after the overall design / art direction and the animation of the exploding head as shown in the breakdown. A mix of AE keyframing and rigging with @aescripts #JoysticksNSliders and some good old frame by frame cel animation in Flash was used for that particular scene.
