Set between Casablanca and Rabat, Bouznika Bay Resort is a landmark coastal development designed to bring together leisure, lifestyle, and landscape.
With a total site area of 141 hectares and a built-up area of over 472,000 m², the master plan integrates hotels, villas, golf, water features, and green corridors — offering a complete resort experience along Morocco’s Atlantic shoreline.
JLA Group led the project from start to finish, acting as Master Planner, Full Design Consultant, and Site Supervisor. Delivered in 2006, Bouznika Bay remains a reference for large-scale, resort-led planning with long-term regional impact.

Set in the heart of Casablanca, Morocco, Université Internationale de Casablanca is a modern educational campus designed with functionality, clarity, and identity in mind.
On a site of 7 hectares with over 30,000 square meters of built area, JLA Group served as Full Design Consultant and Site Supervisor, delivering an institutional project that reflects transparency, innovation, and architectural discipline.
The campus architecture combines minimalism with symbolic Moroccan patterns, representing both global perspective and local roots.
