Sales Assistant :


Male sales assistant : Basic Salary : QAR 3080 ( approximately MAD 7000 ) + Company provided sharing accommodation ( two male staff will share one bedroom. The flat could be either a two or three bedroom flat ) + QAR 350 transportation allowance ( approximately MAD 805 ).



Female sales assistant : Basic Salary : QAR 3080 ( approximately MAD 7000 ) + Company provided sharing accommodation ( two female staff will share one bedroom. The flat could be either a two or three bedroom flat ) + company provided transport.



· Joining tickets + visas will be provided by the company



· 30 days annual leave per year.



· Annual leave tickets provided by the company + 2 other discounted tickets called Id 90 and Id 50 provided by the company.

2. The applicant should be high school educated with minimum of 2 years’ experience in heavy/light vehicle driving in a multinational/hospitality organization, be well groomed with a polite and courteous character to maintain the image of the company and keep positive working relationships.

Mode de sélection des hôtesses de l’air et stewards

La sélection des candidats se base sur un dispositif composé de:
• Etape 1:
- Prise des mensurations des candidats (Taille, poids) et vérification des originaux des diplômes;
• Etape 2 :
- Test de motivation sous forme d’une rédaction;
- Entretien avec une commission de sélection portant sur le niveau des langues française et anglaise, sur l’attitude, le comportement, la présentation ….
• Etape 3:
- Test sur ordinateur ;
•Etape4:

Entretien avec la commission finale de sélection.

Seuls les candidats qui ont réussi une étape, sont autorisés à passer à l’étape suivante.
